Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by Duskrow. By visiting the site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
Duskrow sells digital coloring pages delivered as PDF files. No physical item is shipped. Product images show the watercolor reference and line art included; colors may look different depending on your screen, printer and paper.
License and permitted use
When you buy a Duskrow product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the files and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use, as many times as you like. You may color, frame and gift your own printed and colored pages.
You may not: resell, share, distribute or upload the files (in full or in part, digitally or printed); include them in other products, bundles or printables for sale; or claim the artwork as your own. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Duskrow.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund it. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
Digital delivery
Files are made available for download after checkout, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. You are responsible for having a device and software able to open PDF files and a printer suited to your chosen paper.
Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duskrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
