Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather and peak seasons such as Halloween.

Halloween cut-off

To receive your costume before Halloween, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed close to October 31st may not arrive in time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Shipping may be free during promotional periods — any active offer is shown in your cart.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Packaging

Everything arrives in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Lost or delayed packages

All orders include loss protection. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
