Refund policy

Duskrow sells digital products only (printable PDF files). Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you have trouble with your order, we are here to help. If you cannot download your file, your download link does not work, or a file is damaged or incomplete, email cursoshark@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a working file or a new download link.
